Server
Pear Tree Estate + L.A. Gourmet Catering are hiring AWESOME, OUTGOING, FUN people as part time servers.
Qualifications
Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per month.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs + stand for 8+ hours
Flexible schedule - availability on Fridays + Saturdays. Shifts typically range from 3pm - 12 am.
L.A./PTE servers LOVE people and WELCOME interaction.
Must have reliable transportation.
Bartender
Pear Tree Estate + L.A. Gourmet Catering are hiring AWESOME, OUTGOING, FUN people as part time bartenders.

Qualifications
Availability for Friday + Saturday Evenings
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs + stand for 8+ hours
Flexible schedule - availability on Fridays + Saturdays. Shifts typically range from 3pm - 12 am + 5pm - 2am.
Must have reliable transportation.
Dishwasher
Pear Tree Estate + L.A. Gourmet Catering
Key Responsibilities:
General Maintenance & Repairs:
Perform routine repairs across the property (doors, fixtures, furniture, etc.)
Change light bulbs, filters, and batteries as needed
Identify and execute minor construction or improvement projects
Groundskeeping & Landscaping:
Maintain lawns, flower beds, trees, irrigation system, and overall landscape appearance
Seasonal tasks include minor salt + snow removal
Pond fountain and water fall pump maintenance
Property Appearance & Cleanliness:
Power washing exteriors as needed
Spot Checking window cleaning (interior + exterior)
Trash and recycling management across the estate
Maintain cleanliness of exterior spaces and occasional support for interior upkeep
Venue Readiness:
Ensure chapel, guest houses, and event spaces are fully operational and safe
Support event setup and breakdown when needed (lifting tables, moving furniture, etc.)
Support for LA Gourmet Kitchen:
Provide maintenance support at LA Gourmet’s kitchen facility
Ensure equipment and infrastructure are functioning properly
Qualifications:
Experience in property, facilities, or maintenance
Landscaping or horticulture experience
Light construction or painting experience
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry preferred
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs)
Comfortable with outdoor work and seasonal physical labor
Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and reliability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Landscaping or horticulture experience
Light construction or painting experiences
Bonus Qualifications:
Creative with ability to build display structures, etc.
Schedule:
This is a full time, on-site position with flexibility required for occasional event needs, or weather-related tasks.
