DESCRIPTION:

* Clean and reset suites between guest stays

* Ensure each property is spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready

* Schedule based on bookings, almost always sunday evening or afternoon cleans

* Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience a plus, but not required

House Keeper

Qualifications

  • Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per month.

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs + stand for 8+ hours

  • Flexible schedule - availability on Fridays + Saturdays. Shifts typically range from 3pm - 12 am.

  • L.A./PTE bartenders LOVE people and WELCOME interaction.

  • Must have reliable transportation.

  • Must complete online training.

Servers

Dishwasher

Full-Time Sales + Event Associate
Location: Pear Tree Estate | Champaign, IL
Schedule: Full-time, including Fridays and Saturdays

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused Sales + Event Associate to join our team full-time. This position plays a key role in both the planning and execution of events, from guiding clients through the sales process to ensuring seamless day-of coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential clients, conduct venue tours, and respond to inquiries

  • Prepare customized proposals and event estimates

  • Build strong relationships with clients from start to finish 

  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute event logistics prior to events

  • Assist office manager as needed throughout week 

  • Work events onsite, including Fridays and Saturdays

  • Represent Pear Tree Estate with professionalism and warmth

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in event planning, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Availability to work weekends and some evenings as required

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and a calm demeanor under pressure
