We designed the venue to be a beautiful space in every capacity. Wood trusses, floor to ceiling windows, stone fireplaces, Ralph Lauren chandeliers and warm tones makes Pear Tree an elegant setting with even minimal décor. Yet, the same design elements make Pear Tree Estate a beautiful backdrop for top to bottom styling for any event. The neutral palate can be transformed from rustic modern to upscale glam, stark white to vibrant and colorful.
THE ANJOU + BARTLETT ROOMS
The Anjou and Bartlett rooms are completely outfitted with everything needed to host an event. Including locally made farm tables, warm white downlighting, champagne chiavari chairs and linen covered cocktail and guest tables. Not only is the inside space beautiful, the 3400 square foot attached patio makes a beautiful setting for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour or late night fire pits.
THE SPACE
The Anjou and Bartlett rooms provide 8200 square feet of space. Together they can seat up to 400 guests. The moveable sound proof wall allows the flexibility of hosting a ceremony, a cocktail hour and the reception without ever leaving the property. The Pear Tree Estate staff will take care of the logistics while you enjoy your guests.
THE FEATURES
Two sets of beautiful nine foot Amish made doors welcome guests into the space. Floor to ceiling windows, Ralph Lauren chandeliers, two moveable stone bars, an oversized fireplace and the hand stained wood decking add warmth to the beautiful space. The design elements of the room make the perfect setting for endless room configurations.
THE ANJOU ROOM
The Anjou room includes everything needed to host a more intimate event with the beauty of the stone fireplace. Experience everything wonderful about Pear Tree Estate any day of the week; including locally made farm tables, warm white downlighting, champagne chiavari chairs and linen covered cocktail and guest tables.
THE FEATURES

the BARTLETT ROOM
The Bartlett room includes everything needed to host an intimate event without the warmth of the fireplace if that is preferable.
